Government Housing Programs

NHC administers a range of Government-mandated housing programmes designed to ensure every Papua New Guinean has access to safe, decent, and affordable housing.

Affordable Housing

NHC develops and manages affordable rental housing for low and middle-income Papua New Guineans, particularly government workers and urban residents priced out of the private market. Properties are distributed across all provinces with subsidised rent structures calibrated to household income.
