How to Apply

Create your citizen account on the Tenant Portal using your NID or Passport.
Step 3: Track Application
Monitor your application status as it moves through screening and committee review.
Step 5: View Lease
Review and digitally sign your Tenancy Agreement directly within the portal.
Step 2: Apply for Housing
Complete the digital application form and upload necessary documentation.
Step 4: Get Allocation
Receive and accept your formal Letter of Offer once a property is allocated to you.
Step 6: Pay Rent
Manage your account, set up deductions, and pay rent online securely.
