Signing a tenancy agreement with the National Housing Corporation is a legal commitment. Our rules ensure that properties remain in good condition and communities remain peaceful for everyone.
Property Maintenance
- Keep the interior and exterior clean and tidy.
- Maintain lawns and gardens within your boundary.
- Handle minor repairs (e.g., changing lightbulbs).
- Report structural or major plumbing issues to NHC immediately.
Community Conduct
- Do not disturb the peace or cause nuisance to neighbors.
- Ensure visitors abide by estate rules.
- Dispose of garbage in designated areas only.
- Respect communal property and facilities.
Strictly Prohibited
Subletting: Subleasing the property or any part of it to third parties is strictly illegal and results in immediate eviction.
Illegal Business: Operating unlicensed businesses, selling illegal substances from the premises.
Unauthorized Alterations: Making structural changes, adding extensions, or erecting fences without written approval from NHC.
