Payment Methods
Online Portal (Recommended)
Pay instantly using BSP Pay or Visa/Mastercard directly through the Tenant Portal. Balances update in real-time.
Salary Deduction
Public servants and employees of approved organizations can arrange direct salary deductions. Forms are available in the portal.
Rent Calculation
NHC rental rates are subsidized and calculated based on property location, size, and type. Rent is due strictly in advance on the 1st of every month. Your specific rental amount is detailed in your Tenancy Agreement and visible on your portal dashboard.
Arrears & Penalties
Consistent payment of rent is a core condition of your lease. Failure to pay rent for two consecutive months will result in a Notice to Vacate. Late payments may attract administrative penalties. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact your regional office immediately via the portal.
