Revised Rent Calculation Policy Effective 1 July 2025

The National Housing Corporation Board has approved the Revised Rent Calculation Policy which will come into effect on 1 July 2025. Key changes include revised rental bands based on updated property valuations, introduction of a means-tested rental subsidy for eligible low-income tenants, and updated procedures for rental arrears management. Tenants will receive individual notifications regarding changes to their rental amounts.
