Construction of Gerehu Stage 6 Phase 2

The National Housing Corporation invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of Phase 2 of the Gerehu Stage 6 Housing Development. The scope of works includes construction of 80 residential units, internal roads, water supply and sanitation infrastructure, and community facilities. Tender documents are available from the NHC Procurement Office, Waigani Drive, Port Moresby. Closing date for submission of tenders is 15 April 2025.
