NHC Housing Application Period Now Open

The National Housing Corporation is pleased to announce that the housing application period for the 2025 intake is now open. Eligible Papua New Guinean citizens are invited to apply for affordable rental housing through the NHC Tenant Portal at tenant.nhc.gov.pg. Applications will be accepted from 1 March 2025 to 31 May 2025. All applications must be submitted through the online portal. Hard copy applications will not be accepted. Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria as outlined in the NHC Housing Policy 2023.
